Quarantine Cooking: Collagen Protein Chocolate Chip Cookies.

Super easy and ohhh sooo yummy. Healthy and sugar free, other than the chocolate chips (can use sugar free chocolate chips if you wish).


Here is what you will need:

~ 1 cup Almonf Flour

~ 1/4 cup Rootz Nutrition Collagen Superfood (Chocolate). Use coupon code: "Meganbaril10" for 10% off your order.

~ 1/4 cup Peanut Butter

~ 1/4 cup Monk Fruit (Golden)

~ 1/4 cup Olive Oil

~ 2 eggs

~ 1 teaspoon Baking Soda

~ 1 teaspoon Vanilla

~ pinch of Salt

~ 1 tablespoon Tapioca Starch

~ 1/2 cups chocolate chips



Preheat oven to 350. This will make about 12-14 cookies.

Now here is the easy part. Mix all ingredients other then the chocolate chips together with a hand mixer. Once mixed slowly add the chocolate chips and mix with a spoon. Tada! Done!

Now scope mix onto a cookie sheet and bake for 12 mins. Enjoy!
