Quarantine Cooking: Almond Flour Banana Bread

Made this quick bread the other day with what I had in the house. Ever since I did an 8 week Parasite Cleanse back in January I have been cutting out sugar and white/wheat flour.

I find these foods will increase inflammation and cause acne (flares my hormonal acne).

This bread will not disappoint! I much healthy alternative with just as much taste!

Heres what you need:

~ 2 1/2 cups Almond Flour (superfine blanched)

~ 1/4 cup Tapioca Starch

~ 1 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon

~ 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg

~ 1 teaspoon Baking Soda

~ 1 teaspoon Vanilla

~ 1/2 teaspoon Salt (I use Pink Himalayan)

~ Crushed Walnuts (handful. optional for top of bread)

~ 3 Bananas

~ 3 Eggs

~ 1/2 cup Monk Fruit

~ 1/4 cup Whole Milk Yogurt


Preheat oven to 350. I try to make things as easy as possible and less dishes the better. So for this is first mashed the 3 bananas in a mixing bowl and then added all other ingredients. Mix together until smooth and pour into a bread pan. I added crushed walnuts to the top and baked for 1 hours. That simple! Enjoy!
