~New Clients~

Please Note: I focus on Women's Health and primarily work with Women Clientele. If you are a Male client and are referred by an established client and are interested in being seen, please submit your informational below and who referred you. I currently only accepting male new clients with a referral from an established client or referral from a medical proivder/professional.

I'm selective on who I take on as New Clients, as I find its important to develop a good working and trusting relationship. I look at myself as more than just your massage therapist. I'm part of your self-care and wellness team.

Please be aware:

​

- Once an appointment date and time is offered that spot will only be held for 24 hours before being offered to the next client. 

​

- A credit card is required to be on your Square account (our booking and card processing platform) in order to reserve an appointment spot. You will not be charged until you are seen (you can choose a different form of payment at time of appointment). You will however be charged for less than 48 hours Cancellations or No Shows see (Policies Tab) for more detailed info. Once an appointment date and time is chosen you will receive an email via Sqaure (Credit Card Auth and Client Agreement Form) this form must be reviewed, completed and submitted back in order to keep the reserved spot. Once the form is submitted back, you will receive a email and text message confirmation of your appointment. In your confirmation message will be Megan's phone number. Please add my number to your phone. I only give out my numbers once you become an established client. Text and phone calls are fine if you have questions about your appointment.

- Here is the link for the New Client Intake Form, this form must be submitted back prior to your scheduled appointment.

If you have a Gift Certificate, please email us to schedule an appointment or book online and add in the notes section that you have a gift certificate (we will confirm on our end).

~Established Clients of Megan~

Due to how quickly Megan's schedule can book out, she highly recommend that if you have a certain day, time and are on a regular schedule with you massage appointments, that you book your appointments 3 months in advance. To do so please email Megan at revivalmassagemaine@gmail.com and she will get those appointments booked for you.

Established Male Clientele: Even though I primarily work with women clientele you are still my clients, and I will gratefully continue to provide treatment for you.
